Chef Percia's culinary passion starts from her strong Mediterranean roots. She first learned about delicious food through her Egyptian mother and grandmother who inspired her to cook from the heart but always with health in mind. Chef Percia attended the prestigious Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, is a certified Wellness Health Coach and a recent graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She has worked at Michelin Star Michael Mina's Bourbon Steak of Seattle where she gained a grand scope of experience in fine dining and working with quality, upscale, and local ingredients. Chef Percia has had the privilege of cooking for clientele including professional NFL, NBA, and NHL athletes, world renowned and local executive chefs, Amazon and Boeing CEO's, Politicians, Entertainers, and Musicians. Chef Percia is now currently working on her new cookbook, gaining inspiration from the wide array of delicious ingredients available here in beautiful Washington state. She enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, catching sunsets near the ocean, and grabbing a good meal with friends.
